Center Hours:
Open Thursday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Preserve and Wildland Hiking Trail Hours:
Open 7 days a week, 7:00 am to time posted, approximately one hour before sunset.
Daily closing time is posted at the entrance to the Preserve and at the hiking trailheads.

Holiday Hours:
Brooker Creek Preserve and Weedon Island Preserve are closed on Dec. 25, in addition the educational centers at these preserves will be closed on Nov. 24, 25, Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1.

Admission to both the Center and the Preserve is free.

Driving Directions:
From South Tampa: 
Follow the Courtney Campbell Causeway (SR 60) west and turn north (right) onto McMullen Booth Road (CR 611).  The name of this road changes to East Lake Road north of Tampa Road (CR 752).  Continue north to Keystone Road (CR 582) and turn east (right).  Travel approximately 2.5 miles to the Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center entrance.  Follow the one-mile drive to the parking area.

From north Tampa:
From N Dale Mabry Hwy (SR 597), turn west (left) onto Van Dyke Road (CR 685A) and travel to Gunn Hwy (CR 587).  Turn north (right) and continue 1.4 miles to Tarpon Springs Road (CR 582).  Turn west (left) and travel approximately 5.1 miles to the Brooker Creek Environmental Education Center entrance.  Follow the one-mile drive to the parking area.

From Pinellas County: 
Go north on US 19 to Tarpon Avenue E. (CR 582), turn east (right).  Pass through the traffic signal at East Lake Road (CR 611) and continue for approximately 2.5 miles to the Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center entrance.  Follow the one-mile drive to the center.
